Kill Boosting:
Game Setup:

Kill boosting can be done using a normal Domination game lobby or Team Tactical domination lobby. If Team Tactical is used then the host must search until a Domination game is found. The preferred map is Dome because of the short travel distance for respawns. The host determines the kill limit and all players are informed and agree to the limit. The host sets up the lobby and parties the same way as in Domination boosting. One party is the killers and one party is the kill dummies. Each killer is paired up with a kill dummy.

Once the match begins the following guidelines should be observed:

1. No flag captures should be done until all killers have reached the kill limit. The time is unlimited until a flag is captured! Once a flag is captured the timer starts and kill count becomes time limited because the game will end prematurely.
2. The killer and their partner dummy go to private chat.
3. Once a killer reaches the kill limit, their dummy goes and helps other killers reach their limit. The killer should go to a corner and stop killing.
4. Once all killers have reached their kill limit, the killers then capture all three flags. To speed up the match this can be done earlier so the match ends quicker. But the timing is crucial and must be carefully planned to ensure all killers have the opportunity to reach their limit.
5. No dogs should be called until near the end of the match to help finish someone’s kills.
6. Artillery should be called off the map or near the end of the match to help finish someone’s kills.
7. Dummies never kill unless asked to do so by a killer.
8. If someone else kills your dummy, don’t get upset, it all works out in the end. With that said killers should refrain from killing other killers dummies if possible until the dummy is released to others use. Exceptions are if the flag is at risk, if the dummy comes to you to be killed, collateral kills, and the occasional “Shucks was that me? My bad!”. Sometimes we all get carried away in the moment, but restraint is the order of the day.
9. Have fun and don’t get stressed!

Note: An Alternative to having partners is having all the dummies run to one killer for a predetermined amount of kills or time. Once that is reached the killer is replaced by another killer until all the killers have reached theri predetermined limit.

Additional Notes:

Everyone wants kills that is a given. But, some people also want challenges, guns, and or points. To allow this the following advice is provided:

1. Kill boosting is most effective for score when you are in the higher ranks of 60 and up. Challenges seem to effortlessly roll by and points add up quick with a little bit of advance planning. Cruelty, Extreme Cruelty, Massacre, Rival, Back Stabber, Oh No You Don’t, Desperado, and Fast Swap are just a few to mention and add up to 2,000 points. The list goes on, but you get what I mean.
2. Work out in advance with your partner dummy what challenges you want to accomplish and/or what guns you want to work on.
3. The dummy can be outfitted with the same guns, when possible, and allow you more ammo if you pick up their weapon.
4. If your dummy runs straight at you, its easier to get headshots and quick kills. So, if you are the dummy don’t hop around like a jumping bean.
5. Killers should use bandolier, stopping power and either deep impact or steady aim.
6. Dummies should not use juggernaut, flak jacket, martyrdom, or second chance.
7. If there is any collateral damage risk, then challenges should be done away from other players.
8. If you also are score boosting and using the flag (a very risky practice), then the killer and dummy must closely observe the capture meter to ensure the flag is not captured. If something goes wrong be ready to jump in, stall the meter, knife the dummy, and then get off the flag quickly. By the way something always goes wrong.
9. Multiple killers score boosting on the same flag is definitely not a good idea because it increases dramatically the risk of an accidental flag capture. It is too easy for all the dummies to arrive together and not get killed. Be ready at any moment to jump in, stall the meter, and knife them all, then get off the flag quickly.
10. Dummies should never stop on the flag. Instead just run through to minimize the risk of an inadvertent capture.
11. If you are concerned about having your dummy advance in rank then discuss those concerns before the match. The match can turn into domination boosting at the end if all parties agree. Remember, a level 65 dummy can be very handy and versatile for ammo replenishment during gun boosting or to accomplish challenges.
12. You do not necessarily need to dummy accounts or 2 XBOX’s to kill boost. If you use your primary account you need to use the XBOX Guide Button and exit Call of Duty or turn off your XBOX before the game ends. If you don’t exit Call of Duty before the game ends, then the kills will be credited to your account. I prefer to use a dummy account just to be safe. Using a dummy account avoids problems arising from players lagging out or host interruptions ending the game prematurely and crediting deaths to primary accounts.
13. Leave the person with 2 XBOX’s alone and try not to accidently kill their dummy.
14. Do not overkill, do not leave early, and do not leave before the complete cycle of matches is done with your killing and being a dummy. If you do, then don’t be surprised if you are not invited back for future matches.

Riot Shield Boosting:
Basic rules

You must have an application. No application? No boosting.
At all times you must listen to the lobby leaders and staff members.
No killing in the lobby, unless your partner tells you.
BHL clan tags must be worn at all times.


Class Setup.

Primary weapon = Riot Shield / AKIMBO P90 / L86 LSW Changes based on what lvl you are.
/


Secondary Weapon = ONE MAN ARMY / AKIMBO GLOCK 18 / SPAS12 Changes based on what lvl you are.
/

Equipment = Tactical Insertion If you are below level 11 use Semtex.


Spec Grenade = Smoke



Perk One = Scavenger Pro / ONE MAN ARMY / Marathon Changes based on what lvl you are.
/

Perk Two = Lightweight



Perk Three = Steady Aim


Deathstreak = Copycat


LVL 3 – LVL 4 Class
SHOOTER will pick OVERWATCH CLASS
SHIELD will pick RIOT CONTROL

LVL4 – LVL 11
SHOOTER will make a class with L86 LSW / SPAS12 / Semtex / Smoke / Marathon / Lightweight / Steady Aim / Copycat
SHIELD will make a class with RIOT SHIELD / SPAS12 / Semtex / Smoke / Marathon / Lightweight / Steady Aim / Copycat

LVL 11 – LVL13
SHOOTER will make a class with L86 LSW / SPAS12 / Tactical Insertion / Smoke / Marathon / Lightweight / Steady Aim / Copycat
SHIELD will make a class with RIOT SHIELD / SPAS12 / Tactical Insertion / Smoke / Marathon / Lightweight / Steady Aim / Copycat

LVL13– LVL22
SHOOTER will make a class with L86 LSW / SPAS12 / Tactical Insertion / Smoke / Scavenger Pro / Lightweight / Steady Aim / Copycat
SHIELD will make a class with RIOT SHIELD / SPAS12 / Tactical Insertion / Smoke / Marathon / Lightweight / Steady Aim / Copycat

LVL22 – LVL45
Both Players will make a class with RIOT SHIELD / AKIMBO Glock 18 / Tactical Insertion / Smoke / Scavenger Pro / Lightweight / Steady Aim / Copycat

LVL 45 – LVL70
SHOOTER will make a class with AKIMBO P90 / OMA / Tactical Insertion / Smoke / OMA / Lightweight / Steady Aim / Copycat
SHIELD will make a class with RIOT SHIELD / OMA / Tactical Insertion / Smoke / OMA / Lightweight / Steady Aim / Copycat



Riot Rules:
-Do Not engage in inappropriate behavior
-Do Not interfere with another team in ANY way!
-Do Not leave a match mid-game or before each partner has had a turn!
-Do Not kick a level 45 and under or lack of P90 Akimbo from a lobby IF he/she can be paired with another member. If no one is available, ask the member to find another lobby with similar classes.
-You CAN start a lobby with the intention of 45+ and P90 Akimbo for members but MAKE it clear when starting the lobby
-Pre-game: Set-up a Shield Class & Shooting Class
-When the lobby is full: Pick a Partner / or Partner is assigned by Lobby Host
-Game starts, All partners MUST switch to private chat with each other
-Find a spot to meet, and start!


To eliminate confusion and wrong classes being picked TOP team picks SHIELD first and BOTTOM team picks SHOOTER first.
After the lobby starts send your partner a Private chat. If you cannot connect to your partner you both will meet at bomb site B.


If you are below level 22 these rules are for you.
-Once you have met your partner make sure he is ready then shoot his shield.
-You must wait a full 20 seconds before you shoot again.
-Repeat until the end of the round.
-Next round you switch who is the Shooter.
-Repeat process for all 7 rounds.

If you are level 22 – 45 these rules are for you.
-Once you have met your partner make sure he is ready then shoot his shield.
-Then you will both switch what you are holding (ex. Switch from holding AKIMBO Glock18 to Riot Shield)
-Wait 20 seconds before shooting your teammates shield.
-Repeat process until round is over
-Repeat whole process for all 7 rounds.

If you are level 45+ these rules are for you.
-Once you have met your partner make sure he is ready then shoot his shield.
-Both of you will switch your class using ONE MAN ARMY (ex. Switch from AKIMBO P90 to SHIELD class)
-Once you have switched make sure it has been 20 seconds and shoot your partners shield
-Repeat process until round is over
-Repeat whole process for all 7 rounds.



-If your partner is killed please do not bother any other teams.
-During the last 10 seconds whoever has the bomb must plant it, NO DEFUSING this gives everyone the most possible amount of time and guarantees a 4-3 score for the most possible amount of rounds.


The most important thing is to have fun and get the most XP possible.

Domintation Boosting:
Basic rules

You must have an application. No application? No boosting.
At all times you must listen to the lobby leaders and staff members.
No killing in the lobby, you will be kicked and reported.
BHL clan tags must be worn at all times.


Class Setup

Primary weapon = M4A1 - NO ATTACHMENTS


Secondary Weapon = USP. 45 - NO ATTACHMENTS


Equipment = Tactical Insertion If you are below level 11 use Semtex.


Special Grenade = Smoke



Perk One = Marathon


Perk Two = Lightwieght


Perk Three = Steady Aim


Deathstreak Copycat



Those below level 4 should be using first recon.

RULES
-There is to be no going prone or crouch when domination boosting.
-Everyone should be looking down using a line except for Staff.
-You should have your USP.45 out at all times.
-If you are shot by a Staff member it is because you are doing something wrong.
-The only person(s) in the room that should be shooting are Staff members.
-If you are Killed you will not retaliate.
-Do Not engage in inappropriate behavior.
-Never Shoot the other team for match bonus.
-Never Knife your teammate for Match bonus at the boosting flag.
-While Capturing in the center of your screen it says "[SECURING POSITION]". You need to back out between the I and O in Position.
-To avoid jumping the flag you should wait for the mini map to change color. (DO NOT TIME IT BECAUSE THIS CAUSES YOU TO JUMP THE FLAG)


As the game starts you will immediately throw your smoke grenade away, plant your tactical insertion or throw your sextex off map, pull out your USP.45 and knife your team mate for the match bonus. You should then make your way to your first flag which is normally A or C unless otherwise directed by Staff or the leader of the lobby. Once you have captured the first flag you will make your way to the boosting flag (Normally B unless otherwise directed by Staff or the lobby leader). Once you get to the boosting flag DO NOT CAPTURE IT. Find your line and use your USP.45 to make a line, the hosting team which is known as the top team will ALWAYS capture first. Towards the end of the round if the bottom team is winning the top will stall the flag for the win if they choose to. Do not shoot them or overreact it is their right as the top team.



The most important thing is to have fun and get the most score possible.
